Rights
The Void allows audio/video recording of their live performances for personal use and free distribution only. The sale of these recordings is not authorized by the band.
Those wishing to record The Void live, are asked kindly to respect the venue and it's patrons by not interfering with the performance, or the audience's enjoyment of the performance.
On 3/1/2005, we received the following email granting permission:
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to give permission to archive.org to archive live recordings from my band, The Void.
The Void wishes to make their recorded live performances, be they audio and/or video, available for free trade only. The Void strongly supports the free distribution network provided by archive.org. The Void does not authorize the sale of their live recordings.
Although no studio releases have been made available to date, The Void does not wish to allow free trading of official releases.
